Indeed a fine country has been created, at least regarding wealth redistribution, where even the dead are allowed to put their fellow living citizens to work as indentured servants Tax Freedom Day in April in order to support those that are professionally unemployed and provide the hungry, sick, uneducated children to provide, farmers, doctors, teachers, and thousands - millions of federal family members jobs.
Unfortunately their are some who resent this opportunity to help others, such as this unprogressive lawyer who sued the hospitalfor overcharging him 24 times the actual cost of drugs. It all lead to the lawyer's greed and unwillingness to spread the wealth. As the hospital said,
"While all patients receiving care are generally liable for payment for services they receive, the practical reality 14 especially in the current economy 14 is that hospitals do not receive payment from a significant number of their patients, many of whom have no means to pay," the hospitals said in arguments submitted to the court. "So it is imperative that hospitals are able to collect money from patients able to pay for their medical care without unreasonable barriers to hinder such efforts."
